Pros +
- Good location, if you want access to downtown and restaurants. You are right there. It is small, clean and boutique like, somewhat. Staff is really nice and trying to be helpful
- It is in a great spot, you can easily walk around downtown to all the restaurants and bars. It has onsite parking. The first time I stayed there it was very clean, this time it was ok, the carpet was very stained and gross.

- It is noisy, you hear the train. I had the upstairs so it was not as bad as the downstairs for some reason. The breakfast is ok, it is food, but it is all junk food, nothing but fat, processed food and sugar. I decided that the value of the bread is almost negative. You can do better with the same breakfast budget and offer a little healthier food
- The train….you hear the darn train, all night long. I locked up the clock, every 60-90 min, and they honk, not once but about 8-12 times. Staff is ok, they are very friendly, mostly young, I suppose college kids. However, that also gave me more of a hostile vibe than a hotel. Bookings or other important requests are ignored or missed sometimes, if you are ok with all that and Thomas the Tank sleeping with you then this is your place
