- Room was very nice and clean and any extras that we requested were brought immediately. Check-in staff and housemaids were very pleasant and super helpful. Location was fantastic, and the little courtyard behind the hotel has great amenities and bites and shops. My dog was well accounted for and was given treats and a scarf. Very dog friendly hotel and area. The looks and aesthetics of the hotel from the outside and the lobby were fantastic. For a busy long weekend due to the PGA tour and the double holiday weekend, the staff were attentive and the hotel was not extremely busy or packed. I was also allowed a late checkout. Overall great experience and next time I will want to visit more of the amenities like the gym.

- When we arrived around 5:00 pm at our check in day the entrance/roundabout was severely understaffed. There was only 1 valet attendant and he was likely new, there were lots of cars backed up all the way to the traffic light, but there were empty cars in the roundabout that were extremely inefficiently parked. The valet did not help manage the traffic because he was too busy by himself. When we were able to give him the key to the car we had to scramble to get all of our stuff and dog out of the car which felt really rushed and a tough first impression. No bellhop or cart to help us carry all of our luggage so getting to the room was a little stressful. I understand that it can be busy, but for such a higher end pricing, I’d expect there to be enough staff to help when we arrive after a long drive. We also did not have the option to self park because the lot was full for 2 days, thankfully the check in staff was able to adjust our valet payment. Also the valet was very excellent for the rest of my stay, with prompt staff and what I believe was the head of valet was super professional, friendly, and efficient. I even saw him jog to our car to retrieve it.
