- The location to the pier/wharf.
- Staff was amazing! Rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The location was walking distance to everywhere we like. I will defiantly stay here next time I am in the Monterey area.

- No. I had a bad experience there a few years ago. This visit was amazing.
- Check in was not smooth and a little upsetting. Also, while we loved our rooms they were really far from the lobby/pool for my 80 year old Mother.
- They charged me $5 a bottle to drink water.
