The staff was fantastic! Especially the team that checked us in and helped us celebrate my husband's birthday. Thanks to everyone there! The location is great, easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Location was great due to convenience
Broken elevator...wait time to get to room and lobby was excessive and hallway reaked of Marijuana. Staff not very attentive

The hotel's location is close to the city center. Walking distance from the area with numerous restaurants, shops, shopping center. Spacious, clean room. Very nice, always smiling and helpful people at the hotel reception.

The room is really spacious and everything was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the buzz of Brickell's 10th. We will stay here again anytime.
Although the products in the bathroom are very nice and of a good quality, the bath is quite slippery. A rubber mat or something could help.

The location was perfect to get to the port. The room was spacious and clean. Did not do breakfast but the coffee was perfect.
