disappointing
Location is nice but isolated, rooms are very well restored but not most practical, breakfast was good and fresh and then the staff was a bit more friendly
At arrival the reception of the staff was unfriendly, despite that we received in total 4 e mails with their request to make dinner reservations at the hotel, when we tried to do that at the arrival we were told that bar and restaurant were closed which was a bad surprise, we should have not received these e mails or at least inform us that on the evening of our stay all facilities would be closed. Finally it became clear that the person at the reception refused to use any other language than French, since at a family we are multilingual (I speak Dutch, English, German and French and my spouse Portuguese, Spanish, English) it would have been nice at least the effort was done.
