Welcome disappointing but otherwise a good holiday!
The proximity to the beach was great. We loved the room and Kiko Land was brilliant. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The food was really excellent although the restaurants were extremely busy.
When we arrived we were told I'd booked a room for 2 adults, not 4. I had to provide my booking reference to prove that I had booked for 4. The member of staff then said I might have to pay more despite me providing the booking confirmation for 4 adults and a baby! I provided the confirmation from both [Link Redacted] and the hotel. 4 adults, 1 baby at agreed price. The member of staff said I'd have to speak to the manager .. Manager wasn't available.. come back tomorrow. So it ruined the first night due to worry that I'd be charged extra! In the end, my price was correct and it was the hotels mistake... not a nice welcome!
The music by the main pool far too loud all day. Between Kiko land and the pool, they is no quiet place to be.
