    The location and staff are excellent
    Paid TV channels are unstable: they disconnect often. It would have been great to have a coffee filter holder (for paper filters) and a thermo.

    It is worth the price.
    The location is excellent, and the staff is accommodating.
    The furniture is not in its best shape. They should think about remodeling the place when it is possible. (I do know that remodeling after the pandemic period is not always easy).
