It is well located and really convenient. We wanted to have a nice last night in leticia in a confort hotel with a pool and good air-conditioned after some days in an amazon jungle hotel. The room was big, it had hot water and it was very fresh. The pool was really good.
The breakfast is included, but the food was not really good. Coffee was reheated and tasted like burned, and we both felt bad after eating the eggs. Also, even though the room was clean, we woke up during the night, and there was a cocaroach in the bathroom (I know in leticia there is a lot of bug everywhere, but that was disgusting)

Centrally located, comfortable but overpriced.
Good location, nice swimming pool and big room but very overpriced for what it is and for Leticia. Any additional service is also billed 3 times more than it is in town, like the taxi from the airport for example, or keeping your luggage for a few days. Noce staff.
