- Lovely hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff!
- The room view was spectacular. You get the full view if the volcano. The hot springs were amazing. The landscape was stunning all throughout the resort. The food was really delicious. The complementary breakfast was so good. Great hospitality.

- The facilites are a bit outdated, needs a refresh or revamp
- Prices where a little high
- The dinner set up was awkward. The resturant felt dark. The windows are black and the lights in the restaurant are insufficient. It felt like we were eating in a cafeteria. The resturant is not very romantic. Great hospitality.
