Pros +
- Received outstanding service from front office staff; very kind, excellent service in a timely manner when requested.
- The room was upgraded due to the inconvenience of the original room having repair issues. The rooms were nice and clean.
- You pay for what you get. This isn't the Ritz and didn't expect it.It seemed clean, though very very dated. The 3 bed room was very cramped but ok for 1 night.
Cons -
- The surrounding area was not a good neighborhood. The kitchen was not fully equipped. The TVs were difficult to work. The shower drain was very slow. The hot water facet in the bathroom sink had poor flow. There was only one wash cloth and asked for another one but never received. The room was nice large rooms and clean. It was a bit expensive especially if I was in the original room. The upgrade was much better.
- for the price you can't really complain too much.
- Bed was small and squeaked. Shower was tiny but good hot water pressure. No chair, no vanity to put your stuff
