The working staff were very helpful. As a mid-range business hotel, it’s fine.
Second day, there was a sandstorm outside, which completely blew in the window of my room on the 12th floor. This was due to a faulty window lock. I was literally trapped in the room for over an hour, unable to leave, and reception ignored my continuous calls for help. it took two porters to leverage the door open due to the force of the wind. The hotel did not take this seriously, nor was I offered any recompense. It affected the rest of my trip. I really don’t think this was an acceptable response.
