- Lovely old chateau/ hotel, lovely gardens, lots of antiquities on display, and lovely furnishings. Nicole the hostess/ proprietor was very welcoming and helpful as on a Monday night all local restaurants are closed so we were directed into a nice restaurant in Vienne, an 8 min drive. Had an honesty bare so we had a G &T and a small bottle of red wine. Did not use swimming pool, too early and we are too old. Only shortfall is no lift ( an old chateau!) so needed to carry what we needed up the circular stair. It is not walking distance into Estrablin
- The host was most welcoming and charming. i thought vthe breakfast was superb.
Cons -
- Only accessing the circular stairs. But this was in keeping with the character & age of their beautiful home.
