    The gentleman at check in was very friendly. The room was average for a budget in.
    The location and appearance of the area and grounds of the property was not inviting. The hotel is behind a truck stop and signage was not clear to find it. When I saw the condition of the area and outer appearance of the property I would have left had it not been so late, and I was dead tired from a very long drive. I did not feel safe there. During the night An audible verbal alarm went off 3-4 times awakening me each time. I would not stay again at this property.
