Great location, wonderfulstaff
The $54/night valet parking - the only option for onsite parking - is very pricey and more like NYC prices. The valets were fast and polite - no complaints there. Parking overpriced for the location in Auraria.

Everything about my stay was amazing. The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful. The hotel its self was super nice as well, and the location is perfect.
There is nothing to improve.

The valet parking does not do a first responders or military discount. The valet people were very condescending and rude

Comfortable & decent location
Pool closed at 3pm but check-in wasn't until 4pm. Makes no sense to me. Also, bar and restaurant were both closed on a Monday. Not a huge deal on this visit but under other circumstances could be a big inconvenience.

The location is great for a weekend getaway and convenient for going to Ball Arena for a game. The staff are always fantastic and helpful. The valet parking is great and reasonable.
We made advanced reservations, but were placed in a handicap room. The room was comfortable and fine but the bathroom accommodations was not great for someone not needing the handicap accessibility.
