Good location for needs. Water pressure and hot water were good in the bathroom.

The pool was green and not able to be used, nothing like the picture. The Wi-Fi was slow not as per advertisement. The receptionist tried to fix the TV reception however even with bunny ears it was unwatchable. No cups and 1 bowl.

Room was spotless with more extras than I expected.

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting place.

It was filthy, unsafe and was not the room we had booked through the site. Smoke alarm was in the cupboard with batteries pulled out, the light switch was barely hanging on the wall with access to exposed wiring, sinks did not drain, insufficient amenities (1 mug in entire “family” room, no dishcloth, no bin) curtains were covered in various disgusting stains, microwave had been left with food and oil in it, every surface had dust/dirt, hair in the bedding, cigarette burn holes in bedding, one of the beds wasn’t made up with management dropping off a blanket to make the bed at 10pm, all mattresses were sunken and sagging. Our room was underneath the management’s private dwelling, where there was running and stomping from above until 4am. We are very displeased, very sore and very tired customers.
