Awful and very expensive for zero comfort

Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a hotel. And I’ve just been there for 1 night for a business trip.

Location, proximity to family, amazing views

The location is perfect ?

There was a light dusting and crumbs everywhere on the table, chairs, and floor. The trash wasn't empty. There were slight traces of dirt on the room's roof, in the bathtub, and on the walls.

The venue is nicely located

The hotel needs to be revamped. Bed was to short for my husband.

Comfortable bed, very nice view at the sea. We enjoyed dinner very much.

The room can use some renovation. Terrace is shared with the other rooms (with sea view).The price is quite expensive compared to the (older) condition of the room.

The pillows are too small and blanket are not too comfort

Very calm setting with a view of the sea. Lovely restaurant.

Breakfast room and breakfast was good. Front desk lady that contacted me to organize my late arrival + preparing a lunch box as I could'nt have breakfast. Free parking. Great wifi connexion. Sea view.

Room was rather small and very noisy when people were walking above. Breakfast started late on Monday "8am." Need to be carreful when showring not to flood the bathroom.

The stunning view from the bedroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food served from the hotel restaurant was very good.

The room was very tired, especially the bathroom. The delux bedroom that we stayed in required a good freshening up in my opinion.

The breakfast was mediocre and at 13.50€ per person. It was too much for what we got. I also thought it was included in the price when I booked it. So please check into it.

Over priced breakfast. Older rooms and bathroom. But overall it is ok the view is lovely and surroundings are gorgeous.

Exceptional sea view from the room. You should definitely book the rooms with sea view. Hotel Restaurant was also above expectations!

Very small common balcony where there are no boundaries between rooms. You can only stand on the balcony which is 80cm deep. The room furniture and bathroom are quite old but clean.

Located above the sea with view into to sea with dozens birds flying under your room is great if you like nature. Restaurant has far best quality of food from quite some distance around.

Bathroom was dirty. Shower has fungus. Floor under bed was cleaned some time ago.

The staff was very nice and service-minded. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was very good. The food was fantastic and good wines were available to choose - we found it was so good that we ate there every night. The hotel is located "in the water" and we had a great view from the room towards the North Sea. The outside pub was also great, but some days of our stay a little bit to windy.

Bad

There were bugs on the bed. Too many flies in the room. Was boiling inside the room and no fan as a back up. Very very rude staff. You cannot talk to them straight with a normal mind. I could not sleep and got nothing I paid for.

The hotel is in a unique location and has a great view. Good to reach by car. Good for a night or two. Did not make a fuzz about the fact I booked the wrong date for our stay. After a quick call with booking.com the date was corrected.

-The room temperature was way too cold, the rooms are probably not isolated well. (Probably alright in the summer but not in winter) The heater did not radiate enough heat to heat up the room. Neither did the mini air-conditioning work in the bathroom. -The room in general could use an update. -Little bit annoyed when we tried to check in, there were three staff members discussing something without even acknowledging we wanted to check in.

The view was amazing, looking out at sea!Room was clean and looked nice. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing!

The bed was not really comfortable in my opinion, but it was okay since i stayed only one night. The shower was a bath/shower combined and did not provide much room.

With the new pier being open, the place was buzzing. As always, the food was excellent, as were the beds and views. The staff was also extremely friendly.
