- Beautiful eco-hotel surrounded by nothing but nature. Extra clean rooms and very comfortable bed with a great, heavy duvet. Cozy and chic. The owners were welcoming and so generous with their care. Many thanks for taking care of me and my son!!! The food provided in the restaurant is locally sourced and simply delicious! We went snowboarding in Port del Comte in the morning and had a delicious breakfast waiting for us at 8am. The drive to the ski resort is scenic and quick. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Monegal! Thank you!!

I liked everything!
Staff were very polite and accommodating. Also, the location was great to drive to the main sights.Generally, it’s quiet and peaceful (see comment below) and it’s decorated tastefully. We were lucky to attend one of the classical music concerts they occasionally offer as the owners are very keen on this kind of music. Breakfast is good.However, I’d include a healthier option such as yoghurt, seeds, porridge, etc.
We asked to change rooms as there was a mechanical noise coming from the basement of the property. They changed us straight away with no problems at all to a room on the second floor which was super quiet.I’d add some healthier options to breakfast such as yoghurt, seeds, porridge, etc.Dinner is a bit pricey, but they give you the option to have just one course for a cheaper price which was great for us as we are not big eaters!
