Martin. I have never seen anyone wear as many hats as him, do yet do each job, from check-in to check-out, with a smile.

Location was nice, just about 9 KM from the airport, in a beautiful village. Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was great. Lovely menu, delicious food really. FIVE Star!

The restaurant is the high point. Gourmet food served by a friendly staff. This place is a gem. Setting is a small town. Hotel is only a block or two from wheat fields. Enjoyed the rural aspect. Room was comfortable, although there is no air conditioning for cooling.

Lack of room air conditioning.

Very ladback. We were able to sit on the patio and listen to the birds. Have a few drinks. The staff was wonderful.

Only stayed for a layover night. The hitql is 15 minutes from the airport. 30 euros with Uber. Fantastic large room with very comfortable bed.I arrived late, 11pm, and the manager waited up for me which was greatly appreciated.

The room was a bit cold and I couldn't find the thermostat.Do not take the taxi to the airport, book your own Uber. Hotel arranged taxi will cost you 57 euros while Uber is only 30 euros.

Excellent communication with the hotel staff regarding the arrival time and keys handover. Confortable rooms and very good breakfast.

Old-world Austrian charm. Wonderful restaurant for dinner. Also a beautiful and delicious breakfast included.

Amenities could be updated. Blow dryer, clock. We would have appreciated help carrying our heavy bags upstairs.

The restaurant was a complete surprise and our meal was delicious. The outdoor patio was like a quiet oasis with all the flowers surrounding the tables. The service was excellent and the hotel staff were super gracious and friendly. We ate breakfast inside the restaurant, which was large and clean. The food was excellent with made to order eggs any way you like them and the variety and freshness of all other foods was superb.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and in the summer months a bigger fan would have made the room temperature more comfortable.

- Clean, comfortable and safe- The front desk staff is nice and friendly - I loved the interior design so much! It has traditional vibes which is not found in modern hotel

- No direct public transportation to and from the airport. However, easily accessible by Taxi and Uber (~15 min drive)

I specifically asked for two double rooms. I was expecting double beds, not two single beds in each room.The lack of air conditioning on a hot night was a big disappointment. The fans provided did not help.

Though our rooms were small in this historic property, they were clean and comfortable. This hotel had a secure bicycle storage area with power--the best that we encountered on this tour. The breakfast was fine, as expected in Austrian hotels. Though the rooms weren't air conditioned, they did have nice tower fans in both rooms. The location was amazing. We had great views of the monastery and the ancient streets below.

Everything ( the staff very friendly and accommodating and service with a smile and professionalism, the food in the restaurant was absolutely delish, comfortable sitting area in the garden area during lunch and dinner). As I was had an extremely early flight , a breakfast was set with everything so I could take it with me). I don’t know of any hotel that would do this. ????

Minor issue with the temperature in room because no air conditioning but the fan provided was good and did the job.

Good breakfast and superb restaurant with reasonable prices. Nice people (very helpful waiter), clean room, big bathroom. I got free bottle of water when requested (thank you!)

Lack of air-conditioning (mentioned in other opinions) would not be the problem if ventilation works. But it did not. The room was extremely hot (despite of totally opened windows) over entire night. Sleeping was terrible. I am sorry but I strongly recommend NOT to stay here during hot summer (other parts of year should be OK). Very soft bed (I prefer hard mattress but some people like soft ones so it may be advantage depending on preferences)

Hotel close to the airport, very comfortable clean room, welcoming staff with personal attention. A restaurant owned by the hotel with a large and delicious offer. Breakfast with a large variety.

There was one very odd, disturbing tasting Schaumsüppchen that none of us 4 liked. It made us laugh to look at each ohers‘ faces.
