The staff is amazing

Naturena is an integrative and holistic medicine clinic, an organic-vegan restaurant and store, and, finally, an eco-hotel and spa. If you arrive and the gate is closed, you need to call to find the code to enter for opening. When exiting, simply approach the gate and the opening is automatic. The staff are very efficient, polite and available for advice and suggestions. The first building you come across is the clinic with acceptance also for the hotel. At about 300 meters there is the hotel with the swimming pool, and the parking, while at about 200 meters there are two wooden bungalows. The roads are naturally paved, with the sole exception of the two bungalows, in the final section of the road. You have to park the car just few meters before the bungalows. I stayed in the bungalow, all made of wood. It is complete for two people: covered veranda, living room with kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The space is not huge, but even in case of rain you can feel good inside, or, if the temperature is pleasant, even outside under the veranda. The kitchen is complete for two people, with all utensils, a refrigerator, and two plates for cooking. There is no oven or microwave. There is a water boiler to have hot water for infusions or tea in one minute. The table can be extended to eat. No chairs but two stools. The chairs are outside on the veranda with a small table. The bathroom has a spacious shower, but the rest is a bit tight. In the bedroom there is no wardrobe but with various hangers and a long shelf above the head of the bed, everything can be sorted quite well. There is a television and an air conditioner. The wifi does not work well: maybe the distance of the bungalows from the antenna, maybe the days with a lot of wind, clouds and even a little rain, but I had problems connecting. Near the two bungalows there is a small pond with water flowers. You are therefore immersed in the vegetation, greenery and flowers.
