Featuring air conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, Villa Ruza is located on Lapad Bay’s main car-free area, just 220 yards from the popular Lapad Beach and promenade. It has a restaurant with a terrace facing the pedestrian zone. Rooms here have private bathrooms and a small fridge. Some have their own private balcony. Tennis courts, souvenir shops and a children's playground can be found nearby, and different boat and bus excursions are featured in the town. Lapad Bay still has well-preserved, unspoiled nature, which is easily reachable from Villa Ruza. Just 160 yards away from Ruza Villa, you can find plenty of cafés, patisseries and a shopping centre. Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town is 10 minutes away by bus or a 30-minute walk away. Airport transfer is available at an extra charge and upon request.

- the owner was very nice.. water and some beers in fridge.. the balcony was nice to, sun all day.. .also . if you like sitting out ther people watching all day... everything thing is so close by.. and thax to mara for arranging are taxis too..over all I would highly recommend a few days here... 4 we stead for.. which was perfect.
