Bad experience
Unfortunately the stay was not so positive. The only good thing there was the basic spa and wellness area
food - very bad. The dinner was served at 16-18, which is too early. It was just one meal, no choice, not tasty, semi-finished product. Now is more clear why the photos of dinner are missing. Although we declared that we were allergic, we receive two times mushrooms. A little better with the breakfast, but for seven days we got the same, no variety.
wi-fi - there is an option for free wi-fi, but the internet connection was missing
cleanness - for seven days no one cleaned the room, no change of towels.
Unfortunately the place is overrated in the site. A little bit expensive for what we received.

Good location, needs alot of improvments
People were really friendly and nice. They helped us alot. Also the location is good.
The hotel room wasn't really nice. it didn't have any toiletries, the balcony was dirty. the swimming pool was really small and completely different from the pictures shown here. The mattress was really bad. It had another smaller mattress, which shows that the bottom mattress had been there for quite a long time, but this top mattress didn't help at all.
Breakfast was also not worth it. So few items and all were of the lowest quality possible.
Some are small points but there are what makes a difference in a good or bad hotel experience.
