- Cleanliness and very comfortable. Our driver from the hotel was excellent.

- The hospitality is very good: friendly and helpful staffs, the roses were very memorable
Cons -
- I was disappointed with the room service because they were late and then we asked to take them to go there were no napkins or utensils included. In addition We had to pay extra for our kids to stay and shuttle to the airport and back
- Value for the money spent
- Not all staffs can speak English, such as room boy, door man that make some difficulties to communicate. But even we can't communicate well, the staffs are trying hard to help, appreciated it
