Coming from a tourist country and working in travel and tourism myself, I know the most important thing is respecting your guest. People in Tourist hotel Potenza do their job perfectly and treat their guests with utmost respect. Hotel is run "old school way" in the best meaning of the words, combined with all modern amenities. Location is ideal, in the historical center of the city, close to all sightseeing, shopping and dining. I think I never slept in such white and clean bed linen. I was staying on Sunday, and asked for a favour I needed on a working day, and it was done for me. On top of everything, price was very affordable and really great value for the money. At the end, I can only say big thanks and highly recommend Tourist hotel Potenza to everyone.

The breakfast staff were always very kind. There was one front desk staffer who was really kind and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. Cleaning staff were also quick and attentive to any needs. The view from the 3rd floor was gorgeous.

The facilities are a bit older and the rooms do not have all amenities that I am used to 3 star hotels having. I would recommend this place for a short stay but a week was far too long. There was an older gentleman at the front desk who was not very welcoming or warm at arrival. I was first placed in a room that had no view of the city, and when asked to move they kindly accommodated. When showering, water will get everywhere and the towel for the floor will not be able to handle the water that pours over the side. Not a big issue, but always inconvenient to step out onto a wet floor after showering.
