It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. Please note full payment is processed when the booking is made. Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted. Due to recent heavy rains, some outdoor activities and facilities are temporarily unavailable. Please note that the availability of facilities may depend on weather conditions and the property’s status during the stay. Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tires sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
