This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please make a note of the address of the apartment booked as the apartment locations vary. If you expect to check-in outside of the stated hours, please contact the property directly to discuss. Please note that no parties, music or late night gatherings are allowed in any apartment. If this rule is broken local authorities will be called to remove everybody from the apartment. Full cancelation fees will be applicable, and guests will not be issued a refund. Guests should kindly note that the property may take payment from their card within 14 days of their arrival. When booking two apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
