The surrounding areas are quite unkempt but he building itself and the apartment were very clean.

The AC unit in the master leaked over our clothes at night. There was no AC unit in the second bedroom, so that makes for an uncomfortable night. Also, the shower door in the master bathroom leaked terribly.

The apartment was amazingly cool with its rooftop terrasse. We had a view on the sea and and the pine forest. We had a perfect dinner and wine in the evening there. It was clean, spacious and had a nice temperature. Our dog loved it as well and the pine forest at the end of the street is perfect for morning walks. We found a dog beach as well, it was 10 minutes by car. There are some nice restaurants as well in the area, like Romolo e Luigi with amazing pizzas. We arrived by car and it was easy and free to park. The train stop was about 13 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car (you could also park there). On the corner, in the Pam, we bought some amazing croissant and pizza for breakfast. Gabriella was a very nice, thoughtful and lovely host! She was flexible with our arriving time and helped us with everything we needed, even in the evening when we needed some extra blankets. We also had some technical trouble and she solved the problem very fast and effectively. If you are looking for a nice and calm place on a good price near the sea and close to public transport to Rome, it is a great choice.

We were looking forward to the washing machine but we couldn't open it even after checking the instructions - it could be our bad 🤷🏽‍♀️
