The location was awesome. Easy access to beach

The noise levels at the apartment was unbearable with a party that continied till 1.30am starting on friday night ending saturday morning. The aircon leaked badly throughout thus making the balcony inaccessible. Both bathrooms had issues with the taps. Main ensuite bath shower didnt function well Second bath shower leaked. Fridge didnt cool properly due to the dispenser part been damaged. Racks inside was damaged. Many of our food items soiled. No blu ray dvd provided. Although been stated in their property discrepiton it wasnt there. We didnt have usage of the pool. It was never cleaned throughout Saturday. Alcohol cans were thrown around swallow pool and it was filthy inside Main pool had vomit and phelgm floating in it Really dishearting as this was a family trip and i brought along my elderly parents and kids. Beds were of pool quality the double bed the pillow had mould on it and bed springs where damaged. Curtains on both room where difficult to open up as the rings on the rod where badly rusted.

The property managers did not have a good hospitality. Took last minute decisions to re-allocate us to another unit without even giving us a courtesy call to us if we are okay for us to be re-allocated to another unit. Am not happy with the service we got totally unacceptable, poor customer service. This was an embarrassment to me as I booked the unit on behalf of friends, I had to explain to friends how and why they were moved to a different apartment they didn't choose and pay for. In my previous year experience I have worked with different property owners and managers from Lescalier apartments never had I experienced such treatment and disrespect. My entire trip was almost spoiled by this incident.

The place was lovely and clean, comfortable family friendly holiday. We are definitely looking forward to next visit there.
