location and price
on saturday morning, other guests started shouting and talking really loud and no one asked them to lower their voice, after that they started to blow their cars horn and after that point we had to go out and ask them for respect for other guests and they did not like it and were rude.

location
it was a hot weekend, and the room has no AC, it is ok, but there was a fan on the room which never worked, I askes the lady at front desk and they did not have any more
