Was nice to have hot shower how ever we went to try sleep i was getting bites all over couldn't sleep my son slept in pull out bed he was fine till he came sit with is but the aside from that was nice that there was a kitchen the staff was nice she let us check last min was so great full have my son in warm room rather then in car well we traveled

Staff was nice, gave us a free upgrade on arrival which was a nice gesture, but that is the only positive thing I can say.

It was pretty terrible. Free upgrade sucked. Room was very dated, every wall was made of brick, there was a second door with only a thumb turn knob lock and it had a sheet of poly stapled over it to stop the cold air. There were bugs on the floor next to my bed, bugs in the sink, and bugs in between the pillows. There was still hair in the shower drain from the last guest. There was some capped electrical wires exposed above the light switch. How hard is it to put a cover ? The bathroom threshold in the door way was rough I hurt my foot on it. The mattress just felt like a box spring. When I sat on the edge of the bed it tipped up and came off the frame. I’m pretty sure it’s the wrong frame for the mattress. There was just too many things that made this a bad experience. I had to alter my trip. I would never bring my kids here nor will I come back. My booking was for 2 days, but I didn’t last 2 hours. Left in the middle of the night and went to merrit. Got a room at the best western for $2 more per night, including pool/hot tub access and a complimentary hot breakfast each morning. Sorry but this is a 1 star hotel, I wouldn’t even stay here is I was in a bind, especially if the other rooms are like the one I was in (room 8). I would rather sleep in my truck.
