Killynaught Spa Cottages in Boat Harbour provides accommodations with a garden, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. - Beautifully decorated. Extremely clean
- Lovely cottage, with good kitchen & lounge area. Comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. We loved the old world decor. It would be a nice place to stay in cooler weather to take advantage of the open fireplace. Having a washing machine in the cottage is a bonus. There is a pretty view over the fields from the back window, and its only a few steps walk to a great restaurant.
- Nice touches and good location. Great restaurant next door who accommodated us despite being booked out. Missed the tulips this time.
Cons -
- Beds were a little firm
- The cottages are close to the main road and the traffic noise was quite loud during the day. However, we were pleasantly surprised that there was hardly any traffic at night and it was quite quiet. Our cottage (Victoria) had the bedroom at the back and this helped. There is a screen door at the front of the cottage, but It would be good to have one on the back door too.
