The location is lovely, close to the beach and the cafe was great for Sunday evening drinks.

The showers in the room need new shower heads.

having a pool on site and access to the restaurant was very handy as there is not much really nearby. One of the lights was blown and the staff came and fixed it quickly.

The sofa's in the living area were quite dirty and we had to put some blankets over them to feel comfortable. The staff were happy to provide extra blankets which we used for this purpose.

it was a great quiet family getaway.

the cafe was closed Monday - Thursday and food wasn’t available until 2pm on the Friday.

Location was the only Tahiti like.

The accommodation was filthy. Fly screens, bbq, couches would be the filthiest I’ve come across. To ask top dollar was a joke.

Location was great with the ocean within walking distance.

The apartment is looking very tired n run down lshowerscreen loose ,tiles in ensuite stained n dirty the lighting in the apartment was very poor two lights were very low with one of the lights not working ,the ceiling fans in apartment were very dusty causing an ashma attack. In the mornings gardens were watered with what smelt and looked like sewerage , the capping tiles of both toddlers and main swimming pool wete loose and a safety hazard, overall a tired lack of maintainence complex that needs money spent on it to bring in up to standard.

Everything else was appalling. The place was filthy beds stained and filled with black bugs. Kitchen Dirty . BBQ covered in an inch of dried fat.

bbq not clean on the outside , cob web, entrance floor not clean with marks , sticky around fridge , kitchen lights 1 out of order the one above the table hardly working , service in the cafe , was slow and language barrier,

The accomodation was well laid out, attractive and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool was gorgeous abs we loved the pool side restaurant. We enjoyed the activities available and we loved seeing the kangaroos hopping about.

Bad

The customer service was poor, the stove top didn’t work, lights were blown, check in was delayed by 2 hours because they hadn’t cleaned our room by 2pm, neither of our beds had bedsheets when we checked in & only 1 of the 2 beds in our unit received bedsheets for the duration of our stay, the old bedsheets were lying in front of the front door after they had supposedly ‘cleaned’ our unit, the couch was old and worn out, and the pool was certainly not heard as advertised!

The accomodation was grubby and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Upstairs room had no aircon and the aircon in the living area was loud.

Good location for the beach and the pool is fair sized and wasn’t over crowded. nice quiet location and the accommodation was compact but clean and ok facilities. friendly staff, nice gardens and lots of kangaroos around. Glad there was a full sized fridge/ freezer as we had lots of food with us due to cafe being closed Christmas Day/Boxing Day.

The double bedroom upstairs was very hot as heat rises! no aircon unit just a ceiling fan which wasn’t very powerful. other bedroom and living area have aircon units which we left on to cool the place down. No oven just a small double hot and a bbq. I brought my own air fryer to use as an oven for Christmas dinner cooking. No soap or shower gels provided and had no towels on arrival so asked one of the cleaners on site to bring some. cafe food average but edible.

The units were great, nice gardens and outdoor areas ,good sized fridge.TV worked great lots of channels, beds were comfortable too, nice cafe also for take aways

The sofas need replacing, they had visible stains and actually stunk, we didn't stay long so avoided them, also we unblocked the shower rose so it sprayed sufficiently and had to fix our daughters cabin shower too

Location is ok. Lovely short walk to the beach.Food was really good in Cafe. All in all a good stay.

Nothing to complain about. Just a little dated for price.

The housekeeping. PLEASE KNOCK FIRST & WAIT !! What hppen to me the housekeeping just knock one time & straight open the door even its locked !! Hope making some improvement for the staff.

the facilities were great especially the heated pool and having a cafe on site

The cafe was not staffed very well for busy times and had very long waits. The rooms need a better clean and especially a dust. Also the fold out couches were very dirty and had lots of food crumbs in them so we didn’t want to use them.

Good size villas in good location.
