The room was clean and roomy. Nice en suite facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was poor. There was no yogurt on 2 mornings and no bananas on one. I did not find the bed comfortable and the duvet was thin so I was cold at night.

Nice hotel, great location! The waffles at the breakfast bar a dangerously good. Like tea and coffee all day. Very friendly staff.

It is a national chain issue, but the comforters are very thin, cheap and very unpleasant.

The room has the right things, bed is comfy. Shower is decent. The toiletries are decent. Breakfast is passable. Staff very helpful. Coffee and hot drinks all night downstairs. Gym has minimum equipment but good to have it.

Very dated, bubble wall paper. Tiny room as NYC is. The top blanket on the bed looked 50 years old! The noise of air conditioning and from the street was all night - the windows must be very old. No laundry service.

The room was nice and clean. Plenty of room to put things in the bathroom and in the wardrobe, clothing area. The lighting was adequate. The location was great. The breakfast area and and the sitting area downstairs was exceptional. Love, loved having the 24-hour coffee, hot water option. The staff was absolutely wonderful. In all of my trips to NY, this was the best staff ever.

Could use another chair (there was one) or a bench. The door to the bathroom was very very heavy. A regular door to the bathroom would have been preferred to the glass one since it was very heavy and not easy to open and close. Would love to have decaff coffee available in addition to the regular coffee in the 24-hour area or at least have instant decaff coffee packets along with the tea options to use with hot water. Just a suggestion.

Great location, good room service, relatively spacious rooms.

We were given a unsatisfactory room (small bed and broken shower) and had to wake up a receptionist to get a different room. Also, the breakfast stayed the same all week with minimal options.

Clean room but too small bathroom sliding door difficult to open and close dirty windows but room was clean breakfast very good staff very nice
