- 1) Friendly and responsive staff. My check in was late due to travel parameters and the staff member was as motivated and charming as one could expect when one was checking in in the afternoon, and not 1 AM 2) Wonderful facilities from

- 3 out of 4 elevators inoperable creating safety concerns and major inconvenience. Main restaurant unusable due to unpublished dress code Air condition did not adequately work, making uncomfortable sleeping. Hotel bicycles in very poor condition.
