Kind staff, comfortable rooms, good food, great wellness and spa.

The hotel is located on the mountainside, a spacious dining room, average food with courteous service, a pleasant atmosphere, clean roomsthe staff at the reception are very nice and helpful in the reception process, and in general - recommended.

Position, food, spa

The food was good. The spa and pool were amazing after a long day of skiing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

I did not like that I had that I had to order my eggs with the waiter in the morning and then do the buffet for everything else. My eggs would always get cold. Small thing I know but it's really the only thing I didnt like :-)

Location is fantastic for skiing, right at the slope in front of the ski lift and apres-ski bar. The skiing locker is located at the perfect place, well organised and easy to access both from the lobby and from the slope. The room was nice, adequate size, clean and comfortable. Wide choice of food at breakfast buffet and nice 5-course dinner. Staff is excellent, somebody is doing their job very well in the human recourses. Spa area is very nice, excellent indoor and outdoor pools. A nice touch is an outdoor hot tub with possibility to order from the bar (compliments well deserved for young bartender Roko). The cherry on the cake is the massage given by a young physiotherapist Marina who is obviously dedicated to excellence. All together a memorable experience.

Maybe just a few more parking places would be nice because the parking area seems to be just a bit too small.

It was last minute decision, 1 night stay only. We enjoyed it.- Warm, professional approach at reception, also across the hotel- Clean room, comfortable bed- Espresso machine in the room- Tasty food, good wine selection

- Our room had very small bathroom, some additional hooks for towels/bathrobe would help.- The hotel has only a few parking slots in front. The garage was available, you need to park in another hotel. Not a problem, it's just good to know. Unloading of stuff was smooth.

accommodation with jacuzzi on the ski slope, wellness and the outdoor jacuzzi are phenomenal !

I booked a 3 bed suite for 3 adults ! the 3rd bed was no better than a camp bed.

The best part of this hotel is definitively the staff. Dina at the reception desk is very professional and can probably hold whole hotel herself, Goran and another girl from Greece are super helpful, Roko at the bar is a keeper, staff at the restaurant professional and friendly (Nuša, greek guy and some other people) except F&B manager. Location is good.

The whole idea of hotel is confusing and definitively not a four star value. There is no music throughout whole hotel so atmosphere is like you are on the funeral. Food in a hotel is not eatable - below average. I would say there are bunch ideas of what hotel should be and then they apply something they see in another hotel. For example, dinner concept is probably the worst i have seen. There is a salad bar, selection of a la carte food with 2 or 3 choices for soup, main course and desert and all of those courses are like we are in a bad Michelin star restaurant. There is a wine station at the salad bar but you cannot pour it to yourself so my question is why is it there. All choices of food are horrible and has no taste. So they are trying to have "luxury dinner" however their reception closes at 10PM. Either you are four star or you are not. Very confusing. Working hours of spa and dinner are another thing. Spa closes at 8 PM and dinner at 8.30 so you have to rush everywhere after skiing. I am more tired of trying to fit working hours of hotel facilities than of skiing. Rooms are ok but nothing special. Bathrooms are designed like there were build between 2010 and 2015, while sleeping probably have been refreshed. Overall, huge disappointment as I was told it was probably the best hotel in Nassfeld but it is far from that. Not coming back definitively.

The attentiveness of the staff was unparalleled, one of the best we experienced. The common areas were exeptional, board games, billiard, lounge chairs, desk, cocktail bar - the five course dinner menu was great, as well as the breakfast.

Our room was a basic one, very outdated furnishings and looks. The wellness area also need remodeling.

Staff was great, food was good (a la carte menu for dinner). Spa is well equiped with both nudist and non-nudist options (same offering in both). Location is amazing, right on the ski slope near the ski lift. Parking included in the price at least in the summer.

While the dinner was great I would love to have at least one drink included every night. Also breakfast was nice too, but a larger offering would be appriciated. The a la carte menu is good on both the dinner and breakfast, though.

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. The staff are super friendly, especially the Croatian crew. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is really nice, it has a lot of facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, gym) so it is never boring. Food was delicious. The details like free mini bar, possibility of a late check out, tea time, water for traveling was what really made our stay exceptional. We will for sure be back.

As I sad, everything was amazing but just 2 things:- It would be great to have a bigger gym, it looked bigger on the photos but actually is very small and gets crowded very quickly.- Breakfast was very nice but we noticed that a lot of things were not refilled and more options like pancakes, salads or toasts/sandwiches would be better.

Great location, nice to be able to have free acces to the lifts, friendly staff and good food. Nice room and hotel.

The suite and its small balcony overlooked an area where very noisy work was being done. There was a digger and several other machines only a few metres away … they started at 7.30am and did not finish until 5pm so it was impossible even to open the windows. The room should have been taken out of service during this time. The outdoor furniture is a disgrace, although it was impossible to use it because of the noise of machinery and workmen.The restaurant plays loud American Pop background music and seemed unable to change or mute it.There was no working fan in the small toilet

Modern interior, extra friendly staff, excellent cuisine and beautiful nature in the surroundings.

Absolutelly exceed vaue for money. All aspects exceptional. Especially the staff at the reception as well in the restaurant. Wellness is also great and the location exeptional.

An amazing hotel 10m from the ski lift. We stayed here in the summer and it is a great place as a base for hiking in the surrounding mountains.The staff is friendly and professional, the food is tasty and the spa facilities are great.

Everything was great.

Everything was perfect, excellent amenities, fine dining - more like slow food menu, attentive staff. Our upgraded room unfortunately lacked balcony and the window could not be opened; after spending one night in it we informed the reception and were immediately moved to new room. Great plus is also summer plus card which entitles you to unlimited rides with lifts(plus other attractions) and very reasonable prices of drinks in restaurants, lobby and pool bar. We will definitely come back.

The façade is illuminated during night and lights run the whole length of the balcony railings. Sleeping with the doors and curtains open ( if you appreciate fresh mountain air in the summer) was a bit of a challenge, the room was bright almost as during the day. It is probably not a winter issue but in the summer it would be nice if the illumination is turned off at let's say eleven or midnight.

The dinner was excellent - please make sure you do not skip it! The staff is one of the friendliest we have ever experienced. Respect! SPA is also great and we loved the jacuzzi.
