An unpleasant surprise: great apartment...

A FRAUD, MISLEADING DESCRIPTION & UNFAIR PROPERTY: never had an experience like this in 10 years using [Link Redacted] - but I guess there's always a first time to leave a review like this.
The apartment was listed with 3 bedrooms, while it turns out to be only 2 bedrooms, as one room was locked for private use of property. Of course we found this out only at arrival, and this ended up causing one of our guest to leave the apartment not having a room to stay.
Not sure whether the fault is more on Booking or the property (I would assume 50%-50%), but PROPERTY's BEHAVIOUR WAS UNACCEPTABLE:
- Property blamed entirely on [Link Redacted] for the not accurate description of the flat, as they already "informed booking of the change" - and didn't propose any remedy (why not unlocking the room they advertised?)
- [Link Redacted] confirmed it's the property's responsibility to update their profile and that they cannot do anything about it, but at least gave us a 20% voucher to compensate for the issue we faced. The property instead declined to give any kind of partial refund - and we asked only a fair 30%, considering 1/3 rooms not available (not to mention the "last minute damage" caused to our trip)
- Property tried to convince us that to them, the Booking profile looked correct - while we sent plenty of screenshots showing that description and photos of 3 bedrooms was still visible to Booking users. After discussing with them, they updated the description removing the room details and invited us to check again: the bedroom information was removed and number of guests reduced, but they forgot to remove the pictures of the 3rd [Link Redacted] it seems that they declined any responsibility on the description correctness, but magically the profile changed while talking to them. No comment.
