Never use this company
We arrived in Nashville to find the hotel I booked to be boared up with no signs of life. I spoke to Doris L in quite a consise manner about the situation. She then processed to say that check in isn't until 15:00. I've now taken this as an insult. After multiple times telling her that the place is clearly closed. We had to book a property well out of our price range just so we had somewhere to stay and feel safe. We have been totally thrown under the bus by [Link Redacted] and their incompetence. I will never use this poor excuse for a company again. And I will tell everyone I know to spread the word how pathetic this company is. We've had no follow up on this matter whatsoever. Absolutely disgusted by your behaviour.
