Great value unless you need to shower, sleep or do laundry.
Price was reasonable.
Shower head completely broken, so Noone could shower in this room. Washer and dryer broken but no out of order sign so it's just there to take your money. Parking lot nearly impossible to get out of, especially if you're driving a truck or large suv. Bugs in room(saw a lizard run under couch, then saw a.roach crawling on floor). Furniture very filthy. Comforter on bed has huge burn holes in it..Floors dirty.

Good location marred by traffic.
Breakfast was minimal, but the coffee was good.
The rooms did not have reading lamps next to the bed, but only overhead lights. The traffic around the place was cut to one lane on either side, leaving too long waits for traffic lights.
