Great hotel
Loved the room, it was very comfortable and the staff were all so lovely. It was central location which was a big plus for us.

Superb
The features of a business hotel were available including a microwave near reception. We could easily walk to a supermarket to pick up food to eat in. Also, we were able to walk comfortably to the Castle and train station. There was a slightly higher than usual step up into the bathroom which is OK for us but could be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.
The name of the hotel wouldn't come up in English on Google Maps. We had to take it on faith that we were going to the correct location - we were. We are used to the names of the hotels showing in English and often Japanese as well which is reassuring. Not sure if that is the result of the hotel's choice or Google Maps.
