A valid ID is required upon check-in for verification of domestic residents booking at domestic rates. Guests may be required to pay full prevailing rate upon failure to do so. br/ The Guest including Minors(below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.br The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. br/ To all non-Malaysian residents that booking Family Escapade at property, the rate will be subject to a penalty surcharge of RM 250.00 per room per night (stay period: now till September 30, 2024) and RM 255.00 nett per room per night (stay period: October 1, 2024 till March 31, 2025).
