Lovely, quiet historic hotel with...
This beautiful, historic hotel is well located within the old walled city. This made it a good location for walking to the town square, museums, shops and restaurants etc. The hotel decor was lovely, with historic artifacts, lovely flowers climb the old stone walls. Staff spoke English well and genuinely seemed interested and proud to talk to us about Campechee. Our upstairs room, was huge, had lovely furnishings and an updated bathroom. The small restaurant served large meals. Fresh juice and coffee on arrival was a plus.
The art (nude women), in the cafe was not appropriate as far as we were concerned. We choose not to have breakfast at the hotel and found a great restaurant down the street with a better ambiance.

The absolute best place in...
Our room was in the main building. Spacious and relaxing. The bed is SO comfortable. We even had a jacuzzi on the terrace. Perfect location. Minutes from all the restaurants and sights
We loved everything except the breakfast place they recommend. Slow service weak coffee and hard bread.
