Very quiet Very clean No homeless and a lot of cats

Sometimes I get a room with the shower pressure tooo low ! And they need more towel and pillows in the room ..

Location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Secured parking was included and ATM in the lobby. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff was pleasant, available 24 hrs., helpful and friendly. Kitchenette with fridge was a definite incentive. I would choose them in the future.

Though I arrived after scheduled access time, my room was not available. I would have preferred to wait rather than rushing to get me a room that was sub-standard, needing minor repairs: microwave handle was broken off, water dripped from the tub all night, and peep hole was stuffed with duck tape on both sides making it non-visible and accessible to anyone from the outside. I would have appreciated more lighting in the bathroom, especially above the mirror, instead of one light in the center of the ceiling.

Room was nice,the bed was comfortable, actually decent.

Parking sucks

Wonderful location near Disneyland only 10 minutes away! Not in a traffic area so really good location near plazas and food places. Next the room we got had three beds which fit our big family: super nice having a king room with a door leading to the two queens bedroom where are kids slept. The room was very clean, nice bathroom with a clean tub to give my kids baths. Also the carpet was clean which is a bonus!

Only thing I would warn is the bed covers barely fit the beds which is not so good when you share a bed with another cuz the blankets won’t cover both of you so maybe bring some extra blankets. Also pillow cases were itchy. But for the price by Disneyland that is nothing to complain about so we got a really good deal!

Wifi so bad, staff not so friendly

Free parking, easy location to find, close to riverside and LAX and reasonable price. Microvave and fridge was nice to have, no ther amneties

Coming from Asia all hotels at this cost are basic .

The staff was friendly and did their job well. The parking was easy to access and was available for parking. I didn't like much else unfortunately.

The towels were stained. The blanket had a hole in it created by a cigarette. The table was badly scuffed up and not maintained well at all.

Location was great and the price is reasonable

Clean room, bed, wc, shower, sheets, etc.

Lots and lots of drug- addicted and sales people right next to registration office, I was able to see propane torches inside the property line, assistant was real busy attending customers,

I liked the location

So upsetting. My room was infested with bedbugs. I was able to switch rooms but I was so uncomfortable because I was bit over six times. The staff handled it terribly. The manager has yet to compensate for the fact I had to chabge rooms at 3am. The staff over the phone was not helpful at all in regards to having the manager contact me back. Very unfortunate that the experience was horrible
