Passable
Bathroom cleaning needs to be improved a lot. There were many dirts in the bathroom, even one disposable contact lenses on the ground. So disappointed.

Comfortable stay with minimal service offered
The spa is always a nice touch with complimentary coffee and ramen at night. The location in Sapporo is quite convenient, directly able to access the arcard with shops and restaurants. The rooms had a minimal decoration style and it was comfortable. We liked the spa facility (public bath) offered and the late night ramen complimentary service.
My dad booked a weekend after by accident - and when we arrived, the staff informed me that the hotel was sold out and didn't offer any solution. I went on to look for other hotels on [Link Redacted] the hotel showed availability and we booked via [Link Redacted] The staff spoke very little English and was not really willing to help.

Good breakfast included kaisendon and tempura. Hotel is located in Tanuki-koji Street (about two blocks from entrance to Sapporo pedway) so very convenient.
