Very spacious rooms, liked the arrangement of the kitchen and bathroom. Older hotel that has been updated beautifully. Located right on the beach with easy access. Continental breakfast was good with boiled eggs, yogurt, assorted breads, muffins, pastries, cereals, fruit and pancakes.

Sheets wouldn't stay on the mattress, a little too small and the pillows are very lumpy, but those are minor issues.

Hotel very outdated…room has furniture and refrigerator that looks like retro from a garage sale… shower is outdated blankets are yellow from overused and refrigerator is from the 1990… they advertise it as a boutique hotel where in fact it’s a retro hotel… very gloomy and old furniture and decor… room is deteriorating

Friendly staff that greets you with smiles. Out door pool &hot tub was heated perfectly. Towels service had plenty of inventory. Every room had a view. Room was large and bed was great.

I wish they had hot breakfast food like eggs and bacon.

Excellent room. Nice parking options. Hottub is a nice feature.

My room was comfortable and had a view and a balcony. The beach is down some steps from the pool. There was plenty of parking onsite. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great value. We will stay there again.

I'm picky about beds-they were comfortable, and a little soft for my taste. The gym was tiny, but I don't work out on vacation-plus the beach is only a few feet away if you want to exercise.

We stay here once or twice a year. Always clean, friendly, no smoking, great facility out of the main stream of Daytona so quiet but convenient to everything. Nice happy hour every day and Continental breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Parking is good. Always look forward to our stay here. We have stayed in the North and South rooms with an ocean view but usually pay the upgrade to stay oceanfront . Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious.
