- The self check-in was smooth without any hassle and the cleaning services were on point. Not too far from the border, best to explore Lake Konstanz from car.

Cons -
- There as no mattress provided for the baby crib, it was the duvet that was kept instead of mattress, which was not good as babies need firm mattress, even a normal human cannot sleep on duvet so how can a baby sleep on just a duvet.
- night lamps had to constantly be charged by myself door did not lock in the beginning, had to call first to make it work card did not work on 2nd day and I was not recognized by system anymore, had to call 2 times to make it work again. the lady on the phone was very responsive and helpful though
