- Customer service, food quality (best shrimp tacos), location (close to everything we could need). We had an issue with our HVAC, but their maintenance team was top-notch and remedied it quickly. And management ensured our satisfaction.

- The beds were horrible! Very uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. The pillows were too squishy so you needed 5. The site said breakfast included but it wasnt.
