Clean, and clearly they are trying to improve the facilities.
Old building, not much soundproofing between rooms. Hotel was mostly full of construction workers so definitely a bit of noise till after 10pm and then being woken up by everyone going to work in the morning. Also for some reason we had Keurig coffee cups but no coffee maker in the room. Also mini fridge was old and anytime it was actively cooling down it made enough noise to wake us all up

Highly Recommended!
Very friendly, great reviews, comfortable beds and bedding and clean and well kept.
Unfortunately the hottub was out of order and is awaiting a new heater.
