Located on 1,200 feet of private Long Island beach, this hotel is located in Montauk, New York. It features 2 heated outdoor pools, a beach bar, and free Wi-Fi. The Queen Rooms and Deluxe Rooms at the Royal Atlantic Beach Resort are equipped with a flat-screen TV, kitchenette, under-counter fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove top and a coffee maker. These rooms have either a pool view, a side ocean view or an ocean front view. All Deluxe rooms, Queen rooms and One-Bedroom Suites get a free full breakfast at our restaurant on premise from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. - the size & the how clean it was. the staff were very friendly & helpful

Cons -
- my wife is disabled & the ramp to our room was blocked by a staff truck
- The outdoor pool was open although it is past peak season. It was heated and lovely, but they did not provide pool towels, because it was past peak season, which seemed silly. Not a big deal, we just used towels from our room, just a little inconvenient.
