It was nice.

Everything was excellent

The beads are very loud

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. My purse (including my wallet) and my boyfriend’s wallet were stolen from our room. The front desk initially suggested reviewing security footage, then said a police report was required. After the report was filed, we were suddenly told the cameras were not working.On top of that, after three nights, we were asked to move rooms due to plumbing issues. When I asked for a courtesy discount for the inconvenience, I was told it wasn’t possible—until I requested a manager. Only then were we allowed to stay our final night without moving.Between the lack of security, poor communication, and reluctance to accommodate guests, I will never stay here again.

One of my accessible rooms was nice and big. The other was a tub which was inconvenient The ramps up to the accessible rooms were a big plus.

Breakfast was one of the amenities and when we arrived they didnt offer any breakfast. Getting into the parking lot was a hassle and an employee car was parked at the check in area which didnt allow any cars to go through. The rooms smelled, the doors were warped and the beds were very cheap. We didn't recieve any house keeping during our stay. No new towels, clean sheets, etc.
