The property itself was nice. Lots of amenities
The staff seemed really disorganized. We were called to check in around 2:30 and then told our rooms weren’t ready. Around 4:30 I was given the wrong room and then had to move rooms later. My room was also missing a shower curtain

Almost everything! Great place to go with your family, from all ages.
Drinks at pool needs improvement. They are expensive for what they offer.

The location was beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite.
Well first I requested during my online registration for the ice maker to be put on either the day before or the morning of. It wasn’t. I requested a room on the first floor due to health reasons. It was. I requested bookings with jacuzzi tub in villa. It was but the hot water wasn’t working, maintenance came to check it out, the element needed to be replaced which led us to have to leave the villa and find something to do for the time they were there. Returned to the villa two hours later, the water still wasn’t working properly. This was very disappointing.
