- Gross! Hotel is very run down. Gross smell and very outdated rooms. Weird stains on the wall, etc. Came with my son for a weekend trip to Houston and was VERY uncomfortable there. I expected more from this brand of hotels. Pool was dirty too.

Cleaner than expected. Staff was friendly, breakfast was available, amenities sufficient.
The grounds could have been cleaner, the mattress was old and lumpy (uncomfortable) in room 416, desk lamp was broken (missing a bolt to hold up the shade, alarm clock was broken, hallway needed attention, air conditioner was very l.
