Pros +
- Hotel was fabulous!!!. You felt like you were royalty. Loved the decor¿and all within walking distance of everything. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel!
- Pretty, comfortable rooms (despite broken air con). Nice turndown service.
- Great location, active lobby, fast room service.
Cons -
- Hotel cant manage clients & high turnover. Emailed stay was 22hr layover, requested early check-in. Not able to check-in early, told to return at 2. Room not ready at 2 or even after 3. Not able to wait in empty seats bc reserved. In room aircon broken.
- Room was warm. A/c inadequate. I am 95% sure that I left a small carryon bag in the room. We called the hotel from the airport 45 min after checking out. We didn't hear back. Called the following day; they said they couldn't find it. Hmmm

Great location, active lobby, fast room service.
